Digital Account Manager

You will:

  • Communicate with clients accurately & efficiently in order to fulfill their needs, secure both new & existing clients and build long-lasting relationships

  • Develop and present innovative social & digital media strategies

  • Design & implement digital strategy according to client's business goals

  • Formulate the communication plan (Social Media, Branded Content, Digital Media, etc.)

  • Manage accounts with multiple campaigns, teams and departments

  • Act as a liaison with external stakeholders and partners

  • Supervise the utilization of the client's digital touchpoints (websites, apps, expression forms of interest, etc.)

  • Setup, monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns for different platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok etc.)

  • Be accountable for the achievement of KPIs

  • Ensure innovative practices and technologies in all digital marketing activities

  • Coordinate team members’ activities with peak efficiency and motivate staff to excellence

  • Be responsible for the monthly reporting in terms of creation, analysis and suggestions for further improvement

 

You have:

·        At least 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Account Manager or similar role

·        Strong knowledge of the digital marketing industry, trends and new developments

·        Demonstrated ability to think analytically, solve problems and make sound decisions

·        Very good presentation skills and management skills

·        Adaptability and reliability

·        The ability to thrive and self-manage while handling projects under tight deadlines

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact well with all levels

·        Proficiency in Greek & English

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools (docs, spreadsheets, presentations)

·        University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Science or relevant field

·        Hands-on experience with the following will be considered a plus: Meta / Google / TikTok / LinkedIn Ads etc., Google / Adobe Analytics, email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), content strategy, ecommerce
